Cancellation policy for Guests

  • After sending a booking request, if you cancel the booking request before it is reviewed by the Host or before it expires, you will not be charged any amount;

  • If there are more than 48 hours left before the start of a Viewing and you cancel the booking, you will be charged 50% of the booking price and the Service fee;

  • If there are less than 48 hours left before the start of a Viewing, you cannot cancel the booking: you will be charged the booking price and the Service fee.


Cancellation policy for Hosts

As a Host, we strongly advise you not to cancel bookings, unless for extremely urgent reasons, as you will most likely face penalties.

If you demonstrate a pattern of canceling bookings, your account may be suspended or terminated.

If you cancel a booking, you will not receive any payout.

You may cancel a booking due to urgent and extraordinary circumstances beyond your direct control.

What will my payout be if a Guest cancels a booking?

  • If there are more than 48 hours left before the start of a Viewing and the Guest cancels the booking, you receive 50% of the booking price minus the Viewnary fee.

  • If there are less than 48 hours left before the start of a Viewing, the Guest cannot cancel the booking: you receive the booking price minus the Viewnary fee.
