Palazzo Ducale, detto anche Castello Gonzaga, è una antica dimora privata che sorge nel borgo di Alessano, nel cuore del basso Salento. La Principessa Isabella del Balzo portò in dote al marito, Duca Ferdinando Gonzaga, il feudo di Alessano nel 1500. Il Palazzo evoca un fascino antico che si nutre della sua stessa bellezza armoniosa e suggestiva.

Il nucleo centrale risale alla seconda metà del XV secolo. Una maestosa scalinata in pietra leccese introduce all’ingresso del palazzo. Il fascino degli ambienti, di alto valore storico e artistico, rende questa location la cornice ideale per eventi di prestigio.

Ducal Palace, also called Gonzaga Castle, is an ancient one private residence which rises in the village by Alessano, in the heart of the bass Salento.
