Villa Zileri Motterle è un complesso storico monumentale situato nelle immediate vicinanze della città di Vicenza, ancora oggi inserito in un vasto parco storico, che a sua volta è circondato da un’estesa area di campagna.

Villa Zileri si articola in tre nuclei principali: il corpo Centrale, che racchiude il Salone al Piano Nobile con gli affreschi di Giambattista Tiepolo, la Grotta delle Conchiglie e la Chiesa di S. Francesco; la parte residenziale: circa 40 appartamenti in locazione, ricavati da alcuni edifici rustici del complesso; la parte direzionale: eleganti e ampi uffici che consentono di immergersi in un’oasi senza tempo, senza rinunciare ai confort e alle infrastrutture necessarie oggi. Il tutto incorniciato da un vasto Parco Storico, ricco di piante rare e secolari.

Dal punto di vista artistico, Villa Zileri è conosciuta per essere la prima villa vicentina ad essere stata affrescata agli inizi del Settecento dall’allora emergente Giambattista Tiepolo qui l’artista fu chiamato a celebrare le virtù civili della nobile casata del committente, Niccolò Loschi, superando i tradizionali schemi allegorici nella vivace invenzione dei motivi e nella libertà coloristica.

Villa Zileri Motterle is a monumental historical complex located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Vicenza, still today inserted in a vast historical park, which in turn is surrounded by an extensive countryside area.

Villa Zileri is divided into three main nuclei: the central body, which encloses the Hall on the Noble Floor with the frescoes by Giambattista Tiepolo, the Grotta delle Conchiglie and the Church of S. Francesco; the residential part: about 40 rented apartments, obtained from some rustic buildings of the complex; the executive part: elegant and spacious offices that allow you to immerse yourself in a timeless oasis, without giving up the comforts and infrastructures needed today. All framed by a vast Historical Park, rich in rare and centuries-old plants.

From an artistic point of view, Villa Zileri is known for being the first Vicenza villa to have been frescoed in the early eighteenth century by the then emerging  Giambattista Tiepolo: here the artist was called to celebrate the civil virtues of the noble family of the client, Niccolò Loschi, overcoming the traditional allegorical schemes in the lively invention of motifs and in the freedom of color.
