Renter must book all time needed in the space, including for any setup or cleanup.
Overtime is strict and will be charged at $180 per half hour or part thereof.
$750-$1000 security deposit (varies by type of rental) will be held separately and refunded the next business day following the event event, pending no damages or overtime. The security deposit is to be paid to the owner directly a week in advance of the rental.
No use of glitter or decorations that shed glitter.
No use of confetti.
No smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking permitted in the garden only.
Care to be taken of the interior and furniture.
Additional cleaning fees may be charged at Owner’s discretion.
By the finish time, all items brought in must be removed from location and all trash bagged up in the garden, any furniture or objects to be repositioned as found.
Recycling must be separated into the clear recycling bags provided under the kitchen sink to avoid additional trash handling fee.
